この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Studio Yours（以下「当店」）が提供するオンラインストア（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
お客様は、本サービスをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
第1条（適用）
本規約は、本サービスの利用に関する当店とお客様との間の一切の関係に適用されます。
第2条（ご注文について）
- ご注文確定後のキャンセル・内容変更は原則としてお受けできません。
- 在庫状況や生産状況により、やむを得ずご注文をキャンセルさせていただく場合があります。
第3条（支払い方法）
お支払い方法は、当店が指定する方法に限られます。
決済完了後に不正利用や異常が確認された場合、ご注文をキャンセルさせていただくことがあります。
第4条（配送）
商品の配送については、別途定める「配送ポリシー」に従うものとします。
第5条（返品・返金）
返品・返金については、別途定める「返品・返金ポリシー」に従うものとします。
第6条（知的財産権）
本サービスに掲載されている画像・文章・デザイン・ロゴ等の著作権および知的財産権は、当店または正当な権利者に帰属します。
無断での複製・転載・転用・二次利用を禁止します。
第7条（禁止事項）
お客様は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
- 虚偽の情報を登録する行為
- 不正アクセス、またはそれを試みる行為
- 当店または第三者に損害を与える行為
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
第8条（免責事項）
- 天災、通信障害、システムトラブル等により本サービスが利用できない場合、当店は責任を負いかねます。
- 商品の色味・質感は、閲覧環境により実物と異なって見える場合があります。
第9条（規約の変更）
当店は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することができるものとします。
変更後の規約は、本サービス上に表示した時点で効力を生じるものとします。
第10条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法を準拠法とし、本サービスに関して生じた紛争については、当店所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
