返品・返金ポリシー

 

返品・交換について

商品に不良がある場合、またはご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合に限り、返品・交換を承ります。

商品到着後 7日以内 にお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。

以下の場合は、返品・交換をお受けできません。

• お客様都合（サイズ違い、イメージ違い等）による返品・交換
• 一度でも着用・洗濯された商品
• タグ・付属品が欠損している商品
• 商品到着後8日以上経過した商品
• セール商品・限定商品
• 海外発送の商品

ヴィンテージ加工について

本商品はヴィンテージ加工を施しているため、色味・風合い・プリントの擦れ等に個体差があります。

これらは製品の特性であり、不良品には該当しません。

上記理由による返品・交換はお受けできませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

 

返送料について

不良品または誤配送の場合の返送料は、当店が負担いたします。

お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。

返金について

返品商品を確認後、問題がない場合に限り、ご購入時のお支払い方法にて返金いたします。

返金処理には、数日〜最大10営業日ほどかかる場合があります。

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges if the item is defective or if you received an incorrect item.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via our contact form.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for the following reasons:

• Customer preference (size issues, change of mind, etc.)
• Items that have been worn or washed
• Items without original tags or accessories
• Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
• Sale or limited-edition items
• International orders

 

Vintage Processing Notice (Important)

Due to our vintage processing, each item may vary slightly in color, texture, and print appearance.

These variations are intentional characteristics of the product and are not considered defects.

Returns or exchanges based on these differences will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference.

Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
